Delivery UK

All items are made to order for you and take at least 7 days to make. Please check individual item descriptions for making times.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and takes approx. 2 days once your headpiece has been made.
Delivery upgrade is available at checkout, choose Express for next day delivery.

Urgent orders

We are always happy to help if you need your headpiece in a hurry. If you have a specific date you need to receive it, please tell us at the time of ordering. We will ensure you receive in time for your event.

Should you need your headpiece within 48 hours of ordering we offer a priority making service which costs an additional 30% of the hat price plus next day shipping.   

Delivery to Europe and International Orders

Europe and International order - changes after July 2021 Duties and Taxes

All items are sent via courier, before ordering we can discuss your delivery requirements, we can give you all the prices and options available.

Europe takes approx. 5 days.

US takes approx. 3 days.

Express upgrades are available at the checkout and can take as little as 2 days.

Duties and Import Taxes

Depending on your order total and the country you are ordering, you may be asked to pay duties and taxes by the courier.

Please be aware that as the buyer you are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. If you fail to pay import and customs duties the order will be considered abandoned at customs and no refund will be given. We are not responsible for clearance or courier delays.
