We are happy to accept returns 

As each item has been handmade to order any refund will be subject to a 25% deduction to compensate for the cost of making the headpiece.

Return shipping costs will be at your liability and expense. 

Any extra shipping costs or upgrades you chose when ordering will not be refunded.

Any item returned must be unworn in it's original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on bespoke pieces or priority order upgrades once payment has been made.
